Zoning and Land Use Permit

ATTENTION: The above form must be filled out and taken to the Borough of Thompsontown Office for signature approval. Cash and/or Check are acceptable forms of payment and is due at time of delivery and/or signing. If there is no one in the office, please leave your form(s) and payment in the main door’s drop box and a signed (approved) copy will be returned to you as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Any and all projects CAN NOT be started until a signed and approved copy is returned to you. Furthermore, an approved copy WILL NOT be issued until payment is received. The property owner is responsible for any and all fees within the permit application process.
